One Dress, Two Ways

You guys know that a basic staple dress is always a good idea.

I’m talking: one dress, two ways. A staple that can be worn around town with sneaks & a crossbody bag, but also looks so cute styled as a going-out go-to.

Today I am super excited to partner with Nordstrom to talk contemporary clothing. Considering I practically live on the trend tab right here along with the the savvy/BP/Topshop department at Nordstrom Barton Creek — it’s only fitting to continue to talk Nordstrom trend on the blog. I chose this dress (under $50) because of its: 1. softness (it’s so cozily delicious), and 2. versatility (love that it looks just as cute paired with wedges as it does with sneaks).

Enter my favorite on-trend accessory staples from Nordstrom (that easily transition one dress two ways):

  1. These sunnies (will last for years to come …)
  2. These shoes (the comfiest platforms ever)
  3. This bag (comes in lots of colors, but I’m loving this color for the perfect transitional staple bag
  4. These sneaks (under $50, and slip-on — hello, favorites.)
