All Dressed Up

Getting dressed up is a rare occasion for me.

But that makes it just that much more fun, right? But if it’s a rare occasion –  I don’t like spending too many dollars on the clothing pieces I wear the least (and I’m sure you don’t like it either). Enter this *hottie* dress by Lush – priced at $49 – soft-to-touch and absolutely timeless. This closet staple is a contemporary piece that won’t go out of style (that’s hard to find, you know) and the color makes it that much more versatile. Dress it down? No problem, I dressed this dress *down* by adding in my favorite slip-on bootie kicks from Nordstrom. I also threw on a Free People cardigan (on sale!) and made the look that much more laid-back for this dressed-up darling. You can get all the dressed-up details at Nordstrom, as they are one of my favorite stops for dressed-up looks–especially with the holidays right around the corner (more on holiday looks coming soon..!).

And if you missed it – they’re having a big ole’ Fall sale and you can shop it all right here, hurry hurry – get it before it’s gone. Check out some of my sale picks here!

I adore this look and this cozy cardi is so pretty.

Lovely look! I love the way you accessorized this dress with the slouchy cardigan and boots. It’s not too dressy that you can’t wear anywhere. Just beautiful on you!

What a great dress and an even better price point! I love it paired with the oversized sweater too. It looks so cozy! Happy Monday, Jessi!
